The top of Annabel is made made of gorgeous broderie anglaise with the cutest scallop edge finishing at the hem.  There’s no button opening but just a gorgeous string finishing with blue at the front.

The short, a gorgeous blue Vicky embroidered fabric is fully lined & has a 1/2 elasticated contrast waistband, both gorgeous and convenient;
